Morning walk has built my will power

 To build a new habit, one should carry on that practice for a minimum Sixty (66) days according to recent science.  I practised waking up early in the morning and going to morning walk for several days and gradually it has become my habit to awake early in the morning and go for a morning walk. It was a miraculous change in my life. I found it very hard to wake up in the morning at first. My other self told me to stick some more time to bed. But I keep trying. All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end. Finally, early rising and morning walks have made discipline in my life. This new habit has increased my will power. I can stick to my daily program more seriously than before and can achieve any skill need for my career advancement and personal development.
