How have I benefited from a morning walk?

I have been walking in the morning since 2016. My first experience was not good as I used to feel drowsy in the morning. I would pant very easily. But as time went on, I have been gaining momentum and feel positive about my morning walk. It immediately changed my attitude and behaviour in my daily life. It enhanced my energy superbly and greatly helped me return to my daily work life. Morning walk has become the starter of my day. It helps to maintain my daily routine very nicely.
