I have made many friends during my morning walk. I share with them my thoughts about the health benefits and improvements from morning walks. They also share their own. After completing the morning walk, we gather and participate in freehand exercises. These exercises are very easy but useful. We discuss different issues and enjoy the soft sunlight of the morning. If it is a holiday, we have more time and go for breakfast at the nearest restaurant. Everything we find healthy and enjoyable in the morning. I feel full of vigour and vitality after all of my morning sessions. My day starts with fun and amusement, for which I don’t have to invest anything. I carry this fun and amusement throughout the day.
