I go for a morning walk to the ground nearest to my home. This place is very green and has a separate walkway for walking. I have to walk about one (1) kilometre to reach the ground. There, I have found many groups wearing common T-shirts, doing different freehand exercises. Some people do yoga while others are busy running. Everyone wears beautiful T-shirts and sneakers. The ground has a walkway that is 500 metres long. I usually rotate around it four (4) times. Thus, I can complete a walk of two (2) kilometres. After completion of my walking, I go for some freehand exercises which are squating, pushup, sit up etc. Finally, I go for a breathing exercise which is called ‘Panayam’. Firstly, I inhale air through my left nose, while my right nose remains closed by my thumb and then exhale air through my right nose while my left nose remains closed by my right finger. I repeat the process Ten (times).
