I was the type of person who was lazy and procrastinate in all activities. All my activities started in the morning in a haphazard manner. I used to miss my daily routine in general. Not a single activity had come to me in the right sequence. I passed days without any productivity and performance both in my personal and professional life. Things had been deteriorating, and I was very anxious about finding a solution for it. I started to read self-help books and find a way to overcome barriers in my life. But I didn’t get the right thing that could help me. I started to practice meditation every day and tried to concentrate my mind. Meditation did help me to some extent to synchronize my daily routine. But there was a lack of something, without which I couldn’t proceed further. Then I went to my mother to find a solution. My mother is an early riser, and she starts her day at 5 am. To watch my face, she advised, “You have to rise early and go for a morning walk everyday.” I followed her advice and started to go for a morning walk everyday.
