How have I gained strength and fitness from a morning walk?

When I pick up my walking shoes early in the morning, I feel energetic and fortunate to have started the day well. I glide through the road to the nearest park from my home. As I touch the ground of the park, a positive energy begins to flow throughout my body. I feel this energy in every part of my body. My mind also reacts simultaneously with my body. This positive energy has been increasing day by day and channeled into daily work continuously with a positive notion.
