I follow a kind of meditation called Shithilaion (relaxation). There is an audio format of this meditation where I follow the different steps. The beautiful music and content of the meditation drive me on a spiritual journey for half an hour. I get a deep spiritual feeling every time I go through meditation, and over the years, I have noticed the following changes in my life:
Relaxing the body and nerves consciously
When a person’s body and nerves relax during sleep, their consciousness also becomes unconscious. But in meditation, as our body and nerves relax, so does our consciousness. As a result, the conscious mind can then direct and creatively control the subconscious mind.
Bring the mind to the present
Our mind either regrets the past or worries about the future, and it does not want to live in the present. Meditation brings the mind to the present. As a result, without wasting time on worry or fear, the energy of the mind is used to preserve the health of the body, develop creativity, and expand consciousness without confusion.
Concentration
The greatest power of the mind is attention, and concentration is focusing the mind on one thing. It is through constant meditation that a person acquires the power to cultivate the mind.
Overuse of the brain
The most complex, mysterious, and important organ of the human body is the brain. The brain taught humans to make the first stone weapons, and the genetic descendants of that brain built space vehicles. What people have done in the past and what they will do in the future are products of their brain. The brain is what makes humans human.
Self-absorption
Meditation means sinking deep into oneself and connecting with the innermost self. It is then that the door of a person’s senses opens, and they can experience new truths.
