Traditionally, I was a lazy type of man and couldn’t perform my duties in a timely manner. However, after I started my morning walk, I began to feel a new perspective towards my duties and responsibilities. It shifted my paradigm about work procedures that I had held onto for years. I am now able to plan my daily routine and perform my tasks on an important and urgent basis. I no longer feel any discontentment when carrying out my job responsibilities. Such behavior was not possible for me some years back. The morning walk has changed my perspective on work from within. I now feel much more comfortable in my life compared to how I felt some years ago.
