To build a new habit, one should continue that practice for a minimum of sixty-six days, according to recent science. I practiced waking up early in the morning and going for a morning walk for several days, and gradually it has become my habit to awaken early in the morning and go for a morning walk. It was a miraculous change in my life. I found it very hard to wake up in the morning at first. My other self told me to stick to bed for some more time. But I kept trying. All change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end. Finally, early rising and morning walks have instilled discipline in my life. This new habit has increased my willpower. I can stick to my daily program more seriously than before and can achieve any skill needed for my career advancement and personal development.
